Résumé |
The actual economical context is characterized by a free circulation of properties and services as well as a constitution of economical groups. An important climate change imposes nowadays for the company to seek not only competitiveness, but also the application of internationals standards in terms of environment. This article emphasizes the importance and the benefits of the application of the RSE in the company. It strategy should therefore be part of a global vision that mobilize all the resources and take into consideration the interests of all stakeholders. Indeed, the RSE allows reconciling the economical aspect, social and environmental. We can say that the RSE reinforce the quality strategy because it opens the performances and the responsibility of the company to a new stakeholders and new domains. The survival of the company depends on it capacity of facing the constraints of internal and external environment. We can say that a performing and responsible company is an enterprise, which continuously improves its governance, management and relation with all stakeholders. |
