This article presents an overview of the financial management trends for development projects and anticipates the changes that will be affected by increasing technology impact. The automation of usual tasks will require an important adaptation in the daily operations but also in the preparation of the financial actors, requiring a complete move from recording routine activities to strategic collaboration with the stakeholders. A study for financial actors and future aspirants of development projects in Cameroon, but also intended to inform civil society organizations and trainings actors, where key tools and tips are presented to improve the competitiveness of young Cameroonians on the labor market.
