Résumé |
The university has become an actor in the global competition, not only in terms of education or research, but in a more strategic way in the battle of labor market. The development of Information and Communication Technologies has led the academic fabric, in a few decades, to a truly global information space. ICT have opened the universities to the outer surface, the contributed almost all the academic institutions to a real competition. Faced with such observations, which are confronted with perpetual changes in the environment, source of multiple uncertainties, both economic, political, technological, cultural and social, the university leaders are now forced to adjust their strategies to a new parameter with increasing complexity, uncertainty and competitive pressure on the various national and international chessboards. IS is identified with this strategic approach to decision-making, which is a response to the challenge of the economic revolution, marked by the context of globalization of trade and the emergence of the information society. |
