The main objective of our present article is to enlighten researchers on the main epistemological paradigms, namely: positivism, constructivism and interpretativism, to carry out their research work in management sciences, but also for help to choose an appropriate methodology for an efficient construction of knowledge, and know how to justify the scientificity of the latter. After having first presented an overview of scientific research in management sciences: its definition, its specificities, its trends and its models.
