No one disputes the importance of technological progress in the simplification of relationships and transactions between different individuals, whether nationally or internationally.

The most remarkable forms of this evolution lie in the development of modern communication techniques (internet, Facebook. WhatsApp.) However, the risks associated with the use of these systems are diverse, in particular the processing and illegal use of personal data of natural persons. Given the seriousness of the fraudulent actions of personal data that affect the moral and material damage to natural personssuch as image, voice. Name, bank account, e-mail address, etc., as well as lack of the respect for requirement the stipulating law 09.08

This hot topic raises various problems more particularly.
