L’EVOLUTION DE LA QUALITE AU MAROC DE 1994 A 2012

Résumé

According to the International Organization for Standardization (IOS), presently, there are more than1, 5millionusers of ISO 9001: 2008 in the world. The history of quality is recent in reality. It doesn’t have more than one hundred years (beginning of 20^th century). The standards of ISO 9000 were published since 1987. Quality has several definitions, but we can accept three main definitions among them: singularity, judge of value and customer’s satisfaction. This article aims to show in two steps the evolution of quality in Morocco. At what period, Morocco has begun to be conscientious about quality interests in the enterprises?

Morocco begun to be interested by quality management in the years of 1990 with the actions of information and promotion about quality stakes with enterprises. Several activities as Semaine Nationale de la Qualité (SNQ), Prix National de la Qualité (PNQ), were very important.In 1994, Morocco had 2 certificats ISO 9001: 2008 and in 2012, it had 614 certificats ISO 9000: 2008.
