Résumé

A system is a set related items and it is a tool for representing and analyzing complex elements characterized by their high number and a network of overlapping relationships (Forrester, 1965).

The notion of a system is not really innovative in itself, but its application in the conduct of organizational change and especially in integration of the new projects of ICT is new.

The challenge of adopting the systemic approach to change is how to successfully integrate a large technological system of information and communication, into the firm that is also a complex system?

It then appears that by adopting a systemic approach to change and considering the paradigm of complex thinking, we have a good epistemological basis to manage all the parameters and variables of a good integration of ICT.

The thesis supported by this paper is therefore the need to adopt not only a systemic analysis but a systemic approach that integrate analysis, design, action and control to properly make the best integration of ICT in the firm.
