In recent decades, the interest in issues of "Knowledge Management" has increased in both academic and industrial settings. Organizations are gradually realizing the capital represented by the brainpower of their actors. If the development of Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) have opened new opportunities for sharing information & experience, the managerial & organizational dimensions remain crucial for understanding a culture of knowledge sharing. Knowing capitalize wisely knowledge & expertise is essential and becomes a significant competitive advantage in terms of driving the project. Integrating in this context, this article aims to focus, initially, on the boundaries of the proposed Knowledge capitalization methods in the literature. Secondly, we propose an implementation process regarding the construction project memory.
