VERS UN BENCHMARK DE L’INTELLIGENCE ECONOMIQUE(IE) DES TROIS PAYS DU MAGHREB : ALGERIE, MAROC & TUNISIE.

Résumé

The proper management information has been a strategic issue for companies. So mastery of

the information chain is a guarantee of added value, since it enables better exchange with

partners, to reuse business knowledge and finally to structure the work of trades. In the light

of the above, it is convenient to clarify the role of the State in the field of Business

intelligence (BI). The circulation of the sensitive information between the public sphere & the

private sector is for benefit of both parties. First, to support firms in the field of economic

safety and to sustain them in their international expansion. In the second time, to explain on

the state’s technological, commercial and industrial stakes, who impact simultaneously the

employment and the strategic patrimony protection of sovereignty. Our article focuses on a

benchmark comparative of BI practices in three Maghreb countries: Algeria, Morocco and

Tunisia. Nevertheless, in the absence of comparative studies on the state of the BI in

Maghreb, it has been very difficult to make a reasoned assessment. However, on the basis of

disparate contributions, several reports or even results have been draw up.
