Résumé

This paper tray to study a determinants of demand for labour by different ideas of the economic leaders for conclude a econometric theory model or function my be for Algeria, then analyze and explain this phenomenon with its reflects on economic Algerian preferment and their a greats equilibriums. This study conclude there are a lot off theory and Algerian determinants of demand for labour witch use for build a macroeconomic function used for forecasting  the demand in Algeria and it relationships with applicated economic policies.
