Résumé

Faced with a globalized socio-economic context, which is constantly changing, with highly competitive markets, whose competition has become increasingly fierce, organizations are invited to be more adaptive, creative and reactive than before, c This is why they increasingly need competent and motivated human resources in the necessary and sufficient quantity and quality to meet the daily demands posed by this new environment. This study consists in studying the effect of the development of human resources on social performance, it revolves around two major objectives: the first aims from a theoretical point of view to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in terms of HRM whose conceptual framework stems from and is inspired by various previous works. When the second objective, in a positivist epistemological posture and adopting a quantitative methodology that focuses on a hypothetico-deductive approach, it aims to test the relationship of HR development and social performance in Moroccan public organizations case of the University Hassan II of Casablanca, by mobilizing the universalist perspective, the main results show that HR development can be an essential lever to increase the social performance of employees.
