COVID 19 ET PERCEPTION DE L’OFFRE DES SERVICES EN LIGNE PAR LES POPULATIONS AU CAMEROUN : UNE ANALYSE POST PANDEMIE
Résumé
The health crisis of Covid-19 impacted all sectors of activity due to the total or partial containment measures imposed by the various governments, particularly in the financial industry. There are recommendations for populations to limit physical interactions in favor of digital or virtual ones via mobile money or mobile banking. Consequently, our research aims to analyze the role of Covid-19 in adopting online financial services by the Cameroonian populations and, thus on their adoption trajectory. A qualitative study followed by empirical research employing an ordinal logistic regression carried out on 290 individuals allowed us to highlight the significant influence of the risk of contamination on the adoption of online financial services by the Cameroonian populations.
