LA CONTRIBUTION DU RECRUTEMENT A L’AMELIORATION DE LA PERFORMANCE SOCIALE : CAS DE L’UNIVERSITE HASSAN II DE CASABLANCA

Résumé


The recruitment policy is considered one of the major pillars of human resources management, acquiring competent employees in the necessary and sufficient quantity and quality is a recognized necessity, the reason why recruitment has become the essential trigger for performance. of the organization by putting the right person in the right place.

This article is intended as a contribution to the study of the link between recruitment and social performance in the Moroccan context, the case of the University Hassan II of Casablanca. In empirical terms, this study uses data from 18 public institutions with limited and open access that are part of Hassan II University in Morocco for a period of 7 years, ranging from 2014 to 2021. The various theoretical works argue that recruitment in organizations affects performance.

Our results were able to demonstrate that recruitment is positively correlated with social performance.
