L’ENTREPRENARIAT FEMININ ET LA CREATION DES MIRO- ACTIVITES ARTISANALES
Résumé
This article attempt to investigate the socio-economic environment of women entrepreneurship through the general characteristics of women entrepreneurs.
The empirical study was conducted among a sample of 150 female micro-enterprises in the Eastern Region. The results of this study enabled us to identify the problems encountered by these women in the processes of business creation, financing, management and marketing.
This research work helped us to highlight the incentives for the creation of micro-enterprises and the assistance programmes.
