UNE REVUE DE LITTERATURE SUR LA QUESTION DES INEGALITES ET LE ROLE DU CAPITAL HUMAIN ET DE LA TECHNOLOGIE DANS LA REDUCTION DES INEGALITES ENTRE NORD-SUD

Résumé

The issue of inequalities aroused a major interest among the theorist shaving brought explanations as for North-South cleavage. Moreover, the inequalities find the irorigins in the supremacy exerted by the countries of the North over those of the South. Indeed, the hegemony operated on the poor countries since the 19th century has produced, nowadays, the rise and the accentuation of the inequalities and the differences of development between North and South. Inequalities which are explained by several causes, whose principal one re-sides in the technological back wardness of the underdeveloped countries. A literature review about the inequalities will be devoted to highlighting the origins and causes of North-South divergences, and the role of technology and human capital in achieving convergence.
