STRATEGIE MANAGERIALE ET CAPACITE D’EXPORTATION : CAS DES ENTREPRISES MAROCAINES

Résumé


In order to study managerial strategies in the context of Moroccan exporting companies operating in the textile and clothing branch, we have built this work around three sections. First, we tried to present the development of the concept of strategy’s, its interest and its diverse forms. Finally, in a last section, we tried to identify, through a case study, the determining factors of managerial strategies in strengthening export capabilities.
