Résumé


This article aims to know how the Algerian industrial company can successfully apply the strategy of legal imitation, so that it ensures the transition from the production phase to the innovation phase

However, the case study conductedin the Agricultural Equipment Construction Company (CMA) - Sidi Bel Abbes, revealed that the know ledge acquired from legal imitation remains insufficient to enable the Algerian industrial firm, to bring innovative innovations, without any technological dependence.

As a result, the Algerian industrial enterprise to become truly innovative must support the strategy of legal imitation by other very important factors such as: the permanent capitalization of successful and failed development projects, the development of partner ships between enterprise and universities or research centers, and the up dating of technical and theoretical knowledge of the personnel responsible for the development of new agricultural products within the enterprise.
