LA RESISTANCE DES RESSOURCES HUMAINES (RH) A L’UTILISATION DES TECHNOLOGIES D’INFORMATION ET DE COMMUNICATION (TIC) DANS L’ORGANISATION -CAS DU SECTEUR BANCAIRE MAROCAIN-
Résumé
This article aims to assess the level of resistance among ICT users in the Moroccan banking sector. A multi-method was carried out : Administering the questionnaire to a sample of ICT users and doing interviews with a dozen of bank actors. The results of the study show that banking actors view ICTs as a mandatory procedural tool at work and even a key success factor (FCS) of their banks. However, policy-makers are called upon to better communicate and understand the real concerns of ICT users in their banks, to avoird any possible form of resistance.
