LA RECHERCHE EN SCIENCES DE GESTION : ETAPES, PARADIGMES EPISTEMOLOGIQUES ET JUSTIFICATION DE LA CONNAISSANCE

Résumé

Research in management sciences has always been a subject of debate: In which current should management sciences be placed? What is their science model? In which epistemological paradigm do they fit? And is it primarily science or practice?

The present article will first define the research in management sciences, its stages, then it will present a synthesis of the different epistemological paradigms namely positivism, critical realism, scientific realism, pragmatic constructivism, interpretativism and constructivism in the sense of Guba and Lincoln. And finally, it will treat the guiding principles of justification of knowledge.
