Résumé
The purpose of this article is to present a summary of recent studies on the performance of mergers and acquisitions transactions. The particularity of this work is to re-analyze the main results obtained, working on the basis of studies using operating cash flows as an indicator of measurement. This article also aims to identify and compare work carried out on post-acquisition operational performance. It aims to highlight the points of convergence of this research and to try to explain the divergences observed. To do this, we have selected recent work.
