There is no doubt that electronic arbitration is today's one of the most important alternative means favored by the parties to resolve their disputes, due to its speed, specialization, efficiency, confidentiality and of its time, efforts and expenses saving, as well as its optional nature. This is evident through the exchange of electronic documents between the parties and the arbitration board, whether between the parties themselves or between them and the arbitration board via the Internet. Faced with this situation, the Moroccan legislator had to adopt electronic means and update its legal system to adapt to the demands of the digital world.
