Résumé

Summary

The purpose of this article is to present the absence of an authentic bank-business financing relationship as a factor of weak relational financing in the CEMAC zone. The analysis of the primary data by questionnaire obtained from the Cameroonian banks and those obtained in the COBAC reports, presents us the opportunisms of the two parties without forgetting the relational incompetence of the leaders of the entity as the main determinants of the weak relational financing of companies in Cameroon in particular and in the CEMAC zone in general. Responsibilities being shared, the proposed reflection thus invites the two parties to set up a genuine, authentic and effective social relationship based on mutual trust and suggests that the company opt for the outsourcing of its accounting function in order to ensure plus its transparency.
