Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Types of paper

Only original papers, of the listed authors, will be accepted and authors must agree not to publish elsewhere a paper submitted to and accepted by the journal. Papers have a maximum length of 20 pages.

 

Conflict of interest

All authors are asked to inform about any actual or potential conflict of interest including any relationships of financial, personal or other nature with persons or organizations within two years from the commencement of the work submitted that could unduly influence or be perceived to influence, their work.

Submission declaration

Submission of an article implies that the object of the work has not been published previously, it is not submitted for publication elsewhere, all authors and the responsible authorities where the work was carried out approve its publication. If the paper is accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form. The manuscript as presented must accurately reflects the scientific results. All of the authors made significant contributions to the concept, design, execution, or interpretation of the research study. All those who made significant contributions were offered the opportunity to be listed as authors. All of the listed authors are aware of and agree to the submission of this manuscript. The authors accept the established procedures for selecting manuscripts for publication.

Changes of authors

This policy relates to the deletion, addition, or even the reorganization of the names of authors in the accepted paper:

Requests for changes must be sent to the Journal Manager from the corresponding author, indicating the reason of the changes with confirmation from the author being added or removed. Publication of the accepted manuscript in an online issue is suspended until authorship has been agreed.

 

Copyright

Upon acceptance of an article, authors will be asked to complete a 'Journal Publishing Agreement' form.

Resale, distribution and all other derivative works need a permission of the publisher.

The author(s) must obtain written permission from the copyright owners and credit the source(s) in the article.

 

Submission

Submission to this journal proceeds totally online and you will be guided stepwise through the creation and uploading of your files. The system automatically converts source files to a single PDF file of the article, which is used in the peer-review process. Please note that even though manuscript source files are converted to PDF files at submission for the review process, these source files are needed for further processing after acceptance. All correspondence, including notification of the Editor's decision and requests for revision, takes place by e-mail removing the need for a paper trail.

Reviewers

Please submit, with the manuscript, the names and e-mail addresses of 3 potential reviewers. Note that the editor retains the sole right to decide whether or not the suggested reviewers are used.

Manuscript preparation

Structure: Please adhere to the form of papers in the present volume.
Corresponding author: The name, complete address, telephone and fax numbers and the e-mail address of the corresponding author should be given.
PACS codes: Authors are requested to supply one or more PACS numbers.
References: References to other work should be consecutively numbered in the text and listed by number in the Reference list.

After acceptance

Notification: You will be notified by the editor of the journal of the acceptance of your article.  Copyright transfer: In the course of the production process you will be asked to transfer the copyright of the article to the publisher. This transfer ensure the widest possible dissemination of information.
Page proofs: When page proofs are made and sent out to authors, this is in order to check that no undetected errors have arisen in the type setting (or file conversion) process. No changes in, or addition to, the edited manuscripts will be accepted.

Review Articles

Moroccan Journal of Condensed Matter  publishes, in addition to regular articles, review articles, on specific topics.
