Résumé

The learner acquires a foreign language along with the mother tongue an intellectual background which he controls and uses it whenever he needs, but he won’t be able to use the foreign language at first without being based on the mother's tongue or first foreign language grammar, but by practicing and rehearsing it engenders a linguistic faculty that helps the learner to speak in one language fluently without being influenced by another.

The important benefits to the scientific research are the ways the learner follows to look up a word, the approaches he follows in case he fails to communicate using this foreign language, and we can notice the relationship between words in the mental lexicon and how to implement them correctly.
