Journal of Performance Management

The Journal of Performance Management - JPM is open access, double-blind peerreviewed online journal. The objective of the JPM is to provide a platform for the exchange of high-quality research articles in areas related to performance management. It begins its publication in 2022. It aims at apprehending the concept of Performance and its applications in various fields.

Call for papers

You are invited to submit your original research articles for possible publication in the journal of performance management. The journal welcomes articles, dialogues, notes, book reviews and further comments thereon, in English, French and Arabic, in the following subjects:

  •  Management
  •  Economics
  •  Finance
  •  Education
  •  Communication

Interested authors must consult the editorial policy, as set out in the founding Editor’s remarks.

The full manuscript, as a Word file, should be submitted through online submission on the journal’s web page by the deadline indicated below. The authoring guidelines presented in the journal’s website must be respected prior to submission. All submitted articles will be double blind reviewed by at least three members of the journal's Editorial Review Board.
