Abstract :

In the era of digital transformation, new professions are emerging while others are disappearing or evolving. In the midst of this transformation, the HR field is facing evolving recruitment demands, calling for the integration of digital elements into all HR processes to attract and retain top talent. Regardless of their size, companies need to secure human, financial, and material resources to meet these evolving demands. In Morocco, the future of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which constitute more than 90% of Moroccan businesses, relies on their ability to embrace these modern and emerging trends and adapt to digital transformations. Their success depends on how effectively they can harness the opportunities presented by these changes. This article article discusses potential new roles arising from digital transformation and emphasizes the crucial role of HR departments in this shift. Furthermore, it explores the expected landscape of SMEs in Morocco amidst this ever-changing environment.
