SYNTHESE ET EVALUATION DE L’ACTIVITE BIOLOGIQUE D’UNE NOUVELLE BANQUE DE COMPOSES HETEROCYCLIQUES CONTENANT DES UNITES 1,2,3-TRIAZOLES

Abstract

The heterocyclic compounds containing triazoles have a several activities: antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fertility, anti-cancer and anti-corrosion properties. We describe in this work, the syntheses of some heterocyclic compounds containing 1,2,3-triazoles units.The recent method used in this synthesis was “click chemistry” catalyzed by copper (I). The heterocyclic compounds presented in this work shown aantivirals (anti-human corona virus 229E), anticancer, anti-mycobacterial and antifungal activities. Our work summarized the synthesis according the concept of click chemistry of some heterocyclic compounds containing 1,2,3-triazole units, these heterocyclic triazoles were tested in vitro for their biological activities : cytotoxicity using B16 melanoma cells. Compounds 48, 64, 66 and 74 showed an activities in the range (<21 mM), while three compounds 44, 63 and 79 showedan activity at a low concentrations (<10 mM), and two analogues 43 and 54 were active at nanomolar levels (<1 mM).
