Abstract

Triazole compounds and their derivatives are a very important class of heterocyclic compounds, because of its various pharmacological activities. Triazole it is widely researched as a lead compound for designing potent bioactive agents. The aim of this review describes literature work reported by researchers on the recent derivatives of triazoles and their pharmaceuticals activity during the past years.
