Résumé

Abstract :

 

La relation entre l’orientation entrepreneuriale et l'ambidextrie organisationnelle est une thématique qui a suscité un intérêt croissant de la part des chercheurs. S’inscrivant dans le cadre de la recherche dans les domaines de la stratégie et de l’entrepreneuriat, et tentant de saisir la complexité de cette relation, différents articles ont abordé les possibilités de rôles interchangeables entre orientation entrepreneuriale et ambidextrie dans leur relation avec la performance

Cette étude vise à analyser de façon descriptive et à discuter de façon sommaire les articles traitant la relation entre l’orientation entrepreneuriale (OE) et l’‎‎ambidextrie organisationnelle. La première partie est dédiée à une analyse bibliométrique, basée sur les articles indexés Scopus, présentant les principales statistiques à ce sujet, dont celles relatives aux nombres d’articles publiés, les principales sources de publication et les articles les plus cités.

La deuxième partie présente un aperçu global des travaux de recherche concernant la relation entre l’orientation entrepreneuriale et l’‎‎ambidextrie organisationnelle, identifiés dans la première partie, et une discussion relative à l’influence de ces variables sur la performance des entreprises, en mettant l’accent sur leur rôle de variables médiatrice et modératrices.
