The objective of this article is to show the impact of the action of public power over the management of public expenditure on health. Our empirical attempt tries to clarify the direct and indirect effects of the efficiency of the government on the development of public spending for the health sector during the 1984-2018 period in in the Arab world while using the model of simultaneous equations.
