Les risques perçus à l’internationalisation des PME marocaines vers l’Afrique et le rôle actif de la veille stratégique: enseignements inductifs et implications théoriques.
Abstract
The main objective of this paper is to understand the process by which environmental scanning contributes to risk management during the internationalization of Moroccan SMEs to Africa. Methodologically, we have adopted an exploratory qualitative approach by induction, based on a sample of five cases.
The results confirm that the risks perceived in internationalization are an incentive for the establishment of a permanent watch and scanning of the environmental sectors and areas considered as risk factors. In addition, business intelligence is highly dependent on several variables. Likewise, they show that information skills remain central variables, which influence the level of accessibility to sources of information, selectivity of information and the level of perception of the quality of information in foreign markets.
