LES CARACTERISTIQUES DE l'iḍāfa EN ARABE : UNE APPROCHE SYNTAXIQUE

خصائص الإضافة في العربية: مقاربة لسانية تركيبية

Résumé

Cet article se penche sur les spécificités structurales de la construction de l'iḍāfa en arabe. Nous proposons une analyse syntaxique approfondie de la construction nominale iḍāfa où le terme principal (le mḍāf) est un nom générique, ce que les grammairiens arabes qualifient d'« iḍāfa المعنوية». Notre objectif est d'identifier les traits caractéristiques de ces constructions et d'étudier la relation entre le terme principal et le terme complémentaire.

   نتناول، في هذا المقال، بعض الخصائص التركيبية المُميِّزة لِبنْية الإضافة في اللغة العربية. ونُقدِّمُ تحليلا تركيبيا لِبِنْيَة المُرَكَّب الاسمي الإضافي العربي، الذي يكون رَأسُ الإضافة، فيه، أو المُضاف، اسمَ جِنس، وهو ما يُطلق عليه النحاة 'الإضافة المعنوية'. وهدفنا من هذا التحليل، الذي يَنظُر إلى المركّبات الاسمية باعتبارها مركّبات حدِّية، رَصْد وتحديد أهمّ الخصائص التّركيبية لهذا النوع من التّراكيب الاسمية مع إِبراز العلاقة بين المُضاف والمضاف إليه.

This paper examines the structural specificities of the iḍāfa construction in Arabic. We propose an in-depth syntactic analysis of the nominal iḍāfa construction where the head (the mḍāf) is a generic noun, what Arabic grammarians call "maʿnawiyya iḍāfa". Our goal is to identify these constructions' characteristic features and study the relationship between the head and the complement.
