Résumé

The crisis of "subprime" combined with the financial scandals without forgetting the "spring" Arab stimulated an ardent desire for redemption including that of regulation by the finance and redemption through ethics. This reference to ethics becomes more popular than ever because this requirement is becoming more and more. The emergence and promotion of ethical and societal values is part of this new deal with multiple issues. We intend to reflect beyond the classic theme of "ethical finance" and taxonomies inferior, by clarifying the notion of ethics which remains unclear, multidimensional, and contingent sources of interpretation. But what does it cover? What claims to accept -it? Moreover, the confrontation of approaches designed to overcome the antiphons types "put ethics in finance" or "moralize finance" because such formulas assume that there is no ethics in finance and that the conceptual and technical tools are ethically neutral. Which brings us to study the interaction between ethics and finance in the Islamic prism in order to sketch a framework suitable for questioning while suggesting avenues of reflection?
