Résumé

Since the early 2000s, intra-African FDI has been accelerating exponentially. Similarly, the scale of these investments is linked to higher commodity prices and improved economic conditions in major African investor countries.

Aware of the extent of international competitiveness in a world that is substantially globalizing and of the importance of foreign direct investment in economic development,

Morocco has embarked on a process of conquest and structural, institutional and regulatory reforms in the context of financial and trade liberalization and the promotion of its operators and their internationalization with a view to crating more wealth.

This paper would be devoted to examining the flows of Moroccan FDI into Africa as part of Morocco's African policy in its financial and commercial economic dimension, this too is intended to remind the peculiarity of Africa in as a global strategic issue and the weight it holds in Morocco's foreign policy priorities.
