BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
Résumé
Environmental management (EM) has become essential for today’s organizations. One of the best ways to implement effective EM is by developing the organization’s intellectual capital and adopting a green approach to human resources management through practices and policies. Despite the emerging nature of the term green human resources management (GHRM), research in this field remains limited and lacks clarity and conceptual grounding. However, GHRM became a pivotal area of study in these recent years. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of green human resources management literature published between 2014 and 2024 using web of science as database, and utilizing VOSviewer to visualize this data. Our study’s main objectives are to highlight the highly cited articles and common themes, the pioneer authors who have shaped the field’s direction, analyze the temporal evolution and development trends in the GHRM field. In addition, this research contribute to the literature by identifying research gaps and pave the way for future studies and exploration in the field.
