الملخص

مؤسسة الوقف نموذجًا للشراكة الاجتماعية الخاصة بالاقتصاد الإسلامي

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف، من أهمها:

- التأصيل الشرعي للوقف.

- إبراز دور الوقف الاجتماعي في دعم الاقتصاد الإسلامي وتنميته.

- تقديم الاقتراحات والتوصيات الملائمة في هذا المجال.

وتكمن أهمية بحث هذا الموضوع في أنه يبين الأمور الآتية:

- كبر حجم المؤسسات الوقفية، وانتشارها في معظم دول العالم، واستحواذها على حجم هائل من الموارد المالية.

- تنامي دور مؤسسة الوقف، وتزايد نشاطاتها في الوقت المعاصر.

- تزايد الاهتمام بالمؤسسات الوقفية ما أدى إلى تعظيم عوائدها على الاقتصاد الإسلامي.

- الإمكانية الكبيرة التي يمكن أن تؤديها مؤسسة الوقف في تنمية الاقتصاد الإسلامي.

- المكانة المرموقة التي يحظى بها الوقف لدى الباحثين الاقتصاديين.

- لفت نظر الدول إلى الاهتمام بمؤسسة الوقف؛ لتخفف عنها الأعباء الملقاة على عاتقها.

وإجمالًا فهذا البحث عبارة عن محاولة لبيان ما تقوم به مؤسسة الوقف من الشراكة الاجتماعية في تنمية الاقتصاد الإسلامي، وذلك من خلال تمهيد وخمسة مباحث وخاتمة.

Abstract:

Waqf Foundation is a model of Social Partnership for Islamic Economy

This research aims to achieve a number of objectives, the most important of which are:

- Legitimate rooting of waqf.

- Highlight Social role of Waqf in supporting and developing of Islamic Economy.

- Presentation of appropriate suggestions and recommendations in this purview.

The importance of this subject is that it shows the following:

- Enlargement size of Waqf institutions, their spread in most countries of the world, and acquisition of a huge volume of financial resources.

- growing role of Waqf institution and its increasing activities in modern era.

- Increased of interest in Waqf institutions, which led to maximize their returns on Islamic Economy.

- The great potential that Waqf Foundation can play in development of Islamic Economy.

- The great Position, which Enjoy with it Waqf Foundation at economic researchers.

- Draw attention of States to interest with Waqf Foundation in order to alleviate of burdens imposed upon it.

In general, this research is an attempt to explain what Waqf Foundation is doing in terms of social partnership in development of Islamic Economy, through an overture, five chapters, and an epilogue.
