La coordination dans le crowdfunding immobilier hors-ligne: une étude exploratoire

Résumé

Le Crowdfunding immobilier hors ligne est une méthode de financement de projets immobiliers qui gagne en popularité en Afrique du Nord. Elle permet à un grand nombre d’individus de mettre en commun leur argent pour avoir accès à la propriété même s’ils n’ont pas les ressources nécessaires pour le faire eux même.

L'étude de la coordination des anticipations dans les opérations de Crowdfunding peut fournir des informations précieuses pour améliorer l'efficacité des campagnes de Crowdfunding et mieux comprendre la dynamique de l'action collective et de la coordination dans ce type d'opérations.

En s’inscrivant dans une posture interprétativiste ; notre objectif est d’appréhender la réalité sociale du Crowdfunding immobilier hors-ligne, en fonction du langage de ses acteurs, leurs intentions, représentations et motivations. L’analyse des données recueillies, par Text Mining et par analyse thématique, a permis de dégager trois thèmes principaux ; “l’intérêt commun“, “l’engagement volontaire“ et “l’anticipation croisée“, identifiés lors de l’analyse du contenu. Ces thèmes nous ont permis d’avoir une première compréhension de la coordination dans le cadre du Crowdfunding immobilier hors-ligne se fait par Convention.

Abstract

Coordination in Offline Real Estate Crowdfunding: An Exploratory Study

Offline real estate crowdfunding is a method of funding real estate projects that is gaining popularity in North Africa. It allows a large number of individuals to pool their money together to gain access to property, even if they don't have the necessary resources to do it on their own.

Studying the coordination of expectations in crowdfunding operations can provide valuable insights to improve the efficiency of crowdfunding campaigns and gain a better understanding of the dynamics of collective action and coordination in this type of operation.

By adopting an interpretive stance, our objective is to apprehend the social reality of offline real estate crowdfunding based on the language of its actors, their intentions, representations, and motivations. The analysis of the collected data, through text mining and thematic analysis, has revealed three main themes: "common interest," "voluntary commitment," and "cross-anticipation," identified during the content analysis. These themes have allowed us to understand that coordination in the context of offline real estate crowdfunding occurs through convention.
