L’innovation ne constitue plus un choix, mais plutôt une nécessité absolue
dans la dynamique et le développement économique des organisations. Elle
représente l’une des qualités essentielles pour réussir à l’international. Outre
l’innovation technologique qui s’intéresse à la création ou l’amélioration des
produits et des processus de production, l’innovation organisationnelle permet la
restructuration et le développement de l’organisation des entreprises.
L’objectif de cette recherche est de vérifier si les PME internationales
marocaines donnent plus d’importance à l’innovation organisationnelle par
rapport aux PME nationales, en se basant sur un échantillon de 26 PME
marocaines.

ROLE OF INNOVATION IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF MANAGEMENT
AND ORGANIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL MOROCCAN SMEs

Abstract:
Innovation is no longer a choice but an absolute necessity in the dynamic
and economic development of organizations. It represents one of the essential
qualities to succeed internationally. In addition to technological innovation that
focuses on the creation or improvement of products and production processes,
organizational innovation allows the restructuring and development of the
business organization.
The objective of this research is to determine whether the Moroccan
international SMEs give more importance to organizational innovation in relation
to national SMEs, based on a sample of 26 Moroccan SMEs.
