الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة دراسة أهمية استثمار أموال الوقف في تنفيذ مشاريع تنموية بالدول العربية النفطية على غرار  الجزائر والمملكة العربية السعودية، تضمن الحصول على مصادر تمويل ذاتية تعزز جهودها التنـموية، بعد تضرر مداخيلها جراء انخفاض أسعار النفط كمحدد رئيسي لمسار  وطبيعة التنمية بها.

 وحيث أن إعادة الاعتبار  للوقف، أضحت ضرورة اقتصادية واجتماعية، فضلا عن كونها ضرورة شرعية. واستثمار  أمواله في تعزيز جهود التنـمـية المحلية بكل من الجزائر والسعودية يضع تحديا كبيرا أمام المؤسسات الوقفية بهذين البلدين، يتعلق بقدرة هذه المؤسسات على تشكيل رافد تمويلي للتنمية المحلية.

Summary

The role of Waqf investment in diversification of finance sources and strengthening local development efforts in Arab oil countries (Focusing on Algeria and Saudi Arabia)

This study aims to study the importance of investing the Waqf funds in the implementation of developmental projects in the Arab oil countries, such as Algeria and Saudi Arabia, which ensures access to self-financing sources that enhance their development efforts, after their revenues have been affected by the decline in oil prices as a main determinant of the course and nature of development.

The rehabilitation of the Waqf has become an economic and social necessity, as well as a legitimate necessity. The investment of its funds in the promotion of local development efforts in Algeria and Saudi Arabia poses a great challenge to the waqf institutions in these two countries, concerning the ability of these institutions to form a financing tributary for local development.
