الملخص

 " التوجه المقاولاتي للشباب الجامعي الجزائري": دراسة عينة من طلبة جامعة 20 أوث 1955

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج في جامعة 20 أوث 1955 بسكيكدة، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة المستهدف من كل الطلبة في مرحلتي (ليسانس وماستر) من كل الكليات والبالغ عددهم (4300) طالب. حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية والتي بلغ حجمها (315) مفردة، تم استرداد (314) استبانة منها. هذا وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى بعض الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) والاختبارات الإحصائية المناسبة بهدف الوصول لمؤشرات ذات قيمة تدعم موضوع البحث. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الطالب الجامعي المقبل على التخرج في الجامعة محل الدراسة يمتلك النية للشروع في عمل فردي خاص. كما خلصت إلى الدور الفعال والتأثير الإيجابي لكل من موقف الطالب الجامعي من العمل المقاولاتي، والضغط الاجتماعي، إضافة إلى متغير الفعالية الذاتية في تكوين دافعية للطالب نحو المشاريع المقاولاتية. كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية حول التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة المبحوثين فيما يخص الجنس والمستوى الدراسي والتخصص، في حين وجدت فروق دالة بالنسبة لمتغير السن. هذا وتضمنت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تركيز الهيئات الجامعية على التكوين والتحسيس الطلابي المقاولاتي من خلال العمليات والبرامج البيداغوجية في مجال إنشاء المؤسسات الخاصة، وذلك بغية بناء توجه مقاولاتي لدى الطالب.

Abstract:

"Entrepreneurial orientation for Algerian University students": A sample study of 20 august 1955 University students

The study aimed to identify the reality of entrepreneurial orientation with the students next to graduation at the University of 20 August 1955 in Skikda. The target population of the study has included the students in two phases (Bachelor and Master) of all colleges and the total was (4300) student. A random sample was chosen amounted to size of, (315) single, 314 questionnaires were recovered from them.  We have used a descriptive analytical method besides some statistical methods, which use (SPSS) program and appropriate statistical tests in order to reach the indicators of high value, which can support research topic. The results of the study showed that the student next to graduation at the university under study has the intention to embark a private individual work.  The study has also concluded the active role and the positive impact of each of the university student attitude towards Entrepreneurial work, and social pressure, in addition to self-efficacy variable to motivate students about entrepreneurial projects. The results of the study also showed the lack of statistically significant differences about the entrepreneurial orientation with the respondents students with regard to sex, academic level and specialty, while significant differences for age variable have been founded. More than that, the  study included a number of recommendations , the most important  one is that the  university bodies should focus on the Entrepreneurial formation and sensitization of Student  through processes and pedagogical programs in the establishment of private institutions, in order to form an entrepreneurial orientation of  the student.
