الملخص

    أصبحت التنمية المحلية في الكثير من تجارب البلدان، رديفاً أساسيا للتنمية والتغيير في حياة الأفراد والجماعات من وضع سلبي إلى وضع ايجابي أفضل، وقد بدأت تجربة المحليات في الجزائر تتعمق أكثر فيما يتعلق بالتنمية المحلية ورسم السياسات والخطط، ودمج مختلف القطاعات في مسار التنمية المحلية.

 ومن بين هذه القطاعات، القطاع الفلاحي، الذي انطلقت الدراسة الحالية لمعرفة دوره في تطوير التنمية المحلية، وذلك استنادا للمعطيات المتحصل عليها من مديرية المصالح الفلاحية لولاية تبسة، وكذا مديرية التهيئة والتخطيط للولاية.

وبهذا تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات التي من شأنها زيادة الاهتمام والعناية أكثر بهذا القطاع من أجل تدارك مجموعة النقائص التي مازالت تميز هذا القطاع.

Summary
    local development become in many countries' experiences , synonymous essential for development and change in the lives of individuals and groups from placing a negative to positively better , have begun to experience the localities in Algeria delves more in terms of development and local policy-making and planning , and the integration of various sectors in the course of local development. Among these sectors , the agricultural sector , which launched the current study to determine its role in the development of local development , based on the data obtained from the Directorate of the agricultural interests of the State of Tebessa, as well as the Directorate of Planning and configuration of the state . In this proposal was a set of recommendations that will increase attention and care more in this sector in order to remedy the shortcomings group , which is still marked by this sector .
