Financement externe des PME-PMI marocaines
L’objectif de ce travail est porté sur l’étude de la PME-PMI, car « les pouvoirs publics », lui accordent une attention soutenue de par sa promotion et son développement. Elle se caractérise par des besoins de financement externe importants, et leur développement est donc conditionné par l’accès à des capitaux externes. L’argumentation de notre communication implique une réflexion épistémologique et une démarche méthodologique spécifique, qui se présentera en 4 points essentiels : l’environnement de la PME-PMI, le système financier marocain, les approches de financement externe, et l’analyse des résultats relatifs au financement de la PME-PMI marocaine.

Abstract
External financing of Moroccan SME-SMI
The objective of this work is focused on the study of Small and medium-sized enterprises, Small and medium-sized industries (SME-SMI), as "public authorities", it sustained attention by its advancement and development. Those entities are characterized by important external financing needs, and their development is conditioned by access to external capital. The argument of our communication implies an epistemological reflection and a specific methodological approach, which is present in four (4) main points: the environment of the SME-SMI, the Moroccan financial system, external financing approach and analysis of results to the financing of Moroccans SME-SMI.
