الملخص:

 تحاول الدراسة قياس تأثير الإيرادات والنفقات العامة في إطار الميزانية العامة للدولة على مؤشرات التوازن الاقتصادي الكلي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1970-2011)، وذلك باستعمال نماذج متجهات الانحدار الذاتي VAR،وبالاعتماد على مخرجات برنامج « Eviews » وبالتالي تهدف الدراسة إلى الوصول إلى نتيجة اعتبار السياسة الإنفاقية والجبائية المعتمدة من طرف الحكومة الجزائرية في الفترة الممتدة من 1970 إلى 2011 كأداة لضبط الاقتصاد الكلي.

Abstract: The study attempts to measure the impact of revenue and public expenditure in the context of the general budget of the state on the indicators of macro-economic equilibrium in Alegria during the period (1970-2011), using models of vector autoregressive VAR, and depending on the outcomes of the program «Eviews» and thus the Study aims to reach to be considered as a result of the spending and tax policy approved by the Algerian government in the period from 1970 to 2011 as a tool to adjust the macro-economic.
