الملخص: التنمية القطاعية ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة
إن الاستثمار في القطاع ألفلاحي هو من بين التوجهات الحديثة لاقتصاديات العالم سواء المتقدمة أو النامية لما له من اثر في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وكذا مساهمته في تحسين الظروف المعيشية ومحاربة أشكال الفقر وتحقيق العيش الكريم مما يفرض على الدول العناية بالقطاع الزراعي من خلال التأهيل القطاعي. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة الاستثمار ألفلاحي وأثره في تحقيق التنمية المستديمة والرفع من كفاءة استخدام الموارد الفلاحية مع استدامتها وكذا مساهمتها في تحقيق الأبعاد التي تصبو إليها سياسات الاستثمار ألفلاحي من تحقيق الأمن الغذائي والتقليل من معدلات الفقر,والتي تمثل أحد أبعاد التنمية المستدامة وقد تم دراسة معطيات القطاع ألفلاحي للجزائر وتم استخدام نماذج الانحدار والسببية لتحديد مساهمة القيمة المضافة للقطاع ألفلاحي من خلال الاستثمار واثر ذلك على التنمية المستديمة

Abstract :
Sectoral development and its role in achieving sustainable development
Investment in the agricultural sector is one of the new trends for the world's economies of both developed and developing countries due to its impact on achieving the economic and social development goals and its contribution to improving living conditions and fight against forms of poverty and achieve a standard of living, which urges countries to focus on the agricultural sector through there Sectoral habilitation. The Purpose of This research paper is to emphasize on the importance of investment in the agricultural sector and its impact on the achievement of sustainable development in order to reach an efficient use of resources for sustainable agriculture and its contribution to achieving political dimensions which agricultural investment aspires to ensure food security and reduce poverty rates, This is one of the dimensions of sustainable development. This study has been on the Algerian agricultural sector by using regression and causality models to determine the contribution and the impact of the added value of the agricultural sector through investment on the sustainable development.
