Résumé

Moroccan society needs to innovate to face plural problems. Innovation represents an opportunity for Morocco to lead the ongoing fight for socio-economic development. Since independence, Moroccan society has undergone many transformations, and economic policy has also undergone major changes. The main objective of this work is to deal with recent developments in the labor market in relation to the transformations experienced by the Moroccan economy. The aim is to discuss how to seek to combine economic policy and social innovation to arrive at a development model that takes up the challenge of the persistence of unemployment. Thus it will be a question of recalling the socio-economic context and that of the labor market, then to deal with the role of social innovations in the promotion of employment and how the digital transformation in progress can have a positive impact on work and jobs in Morocco.
