تقوم الاتجاهات الوالدية بدور بارز في تكوين شخصية الفرد، وتؤثر تأثيرا مباشرا في توافقه النفسي والاجتماعي، فالأسرة وما يسودها من اتجاهات وأساليب مختلفة للتنشئة الاجتماعية تترك بصماتها الدامغة في حياة الطفل، ذلك أن الطفل يعتمد على والديه خلال طفولته المبكرة اعتمادا كليا، فيتأثر بهما عن طريق المحاكاة والتقليد ليتلاءم مع أفراد الأسرة اجتماعيا، ولا شك أن لكل أسرة طابعها المميز الذي يجعلها تختلف عن غيرها في نفس البيئة الاجتماعية، وهذا يؤدي إلى وجود فروق واضحة في الأجواء النفسية والاجتماعية التي ينشأ الأبناء في محيطها، وتؤثر في مختلف مراحل أعمارهم وفي كافة ظروفهم الحياتية المتنوعة.

ولما كانت الاتجاهات الوالدية كما يدركها الأبناء لها انعكاسات قد تكون سلبية أو إيجابية على التحصيل الدراسي، سيتناول الباحث بالتحليل مظاهر وأبعاد الاتجاهات الوالدية وكيفية تأثيرها بالجو النفسي للأسرة والتنشئة الاجتماعية للأبناء ونظرتهم إلي المدرسة وتحصيلهم الدراسي.

Abstract:
Parenting attitudes play a prominent role in forming an individual's personality, and directly affect his psychological and social compatibility. The family and the various trends and methods prevailing in socialization leave their imprintable marks in the child's life, since the child depends entirely on his parents during his early childhood, and is affected by them through Simulation and tradition to suit the family members socially, there is no doubt that each family has its distinctive character, which makes it different from others in the same social environment, and this leads to the presence of clear differences in the psychological and social atmosphere in which children grow up in their surroundings, and affect the different stages of its construction M and in all their diverse life circumstances.
As parenting attitudes as perceived by children have negative or positive implications for academic achievement, the researcher will analyze the aspects and dimensions of parenting trends and how they affect the psychological atmosphere of the family, the socialization of children, their view of school and their academic achievement.
