تحديات التكوين عن بعد في المراكز الجهوية لمهن التربية والتكوين

الملخص

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مفهوم التكوين عن بعد في الخطاب التربوي المغربي، انطلاقا من الوثائق المؤطرة لعمل المراكز الجهوية لمهن التربية والتكوين بالمغرب، إضافة إلى بيان العلاقات القائمة بين صيغ التكوين المعتمدة (التكوين الحضوري، التكوين الميداني، التكوين عن بعد ...)، كما عملت الدراسة على رصد رهانات التكوين عن بعد في المراكز الجهوية لمهن التربية والتكوين، سواء تعلق الأمر بتأهيل هيئة التدريس أو تكوين أطر مسلك الإدارة التربوية.

كما تهدف الدراسة إلى اقتراح مجموعة من البدائل البيداغوجية والتربوية والمنهجية، التي من شأنها الرفع من جودة التكوين عن بعد بالمراكز الجهوية لمهن التربية والتكوين، علاوة على مسايرة متغيرات العصر.

Abstract: The challenges of distance training in the regional centers for the professions of education and training

This study seeks to uncover the concept of distance training in the Moroccan educational discourse, based on the documents framing the work of the regional centers for education and training professions in Morocco, in addition to explaining the existing relationships between the approved training formulas (Attendance (face to face) training, field training, distance training ...) The study also monitors the stakes of distance training in the regional centers for education and training professions, whether it is related to qualifying the teaching staff or forming frameworks of educational administration stream.

The study also aims to suggest a set of pedagogical, educational and methodological alternatives, which would raise the quality of training remotely in the regional centers for education and training professions, in addition to keeping pace with the changes of the times.
