فقه العمران ودوره في تشكيل مجال المدينة المغربية بين الامس واليوم مدينة فاس نموذجا

تناقش هذه الورقة العلمية جانبا مهما من تاريخ المدينة الإسلامية ويتعلق الامر بالتخطيط العمراني والعوامل التي تحكمت في هذه العملية بدءا من التفكير في الموضع ثم دراسة شروط النجاح والشروع في البناء وانتهاء بمجال يستجيب لحاجيات الانسان وبين ثنايا هذه العمليات يبرز دور الدين كمنهج أطر بحق كل جوانب الحياة، ومن ضمنها المجال الذي يعيش فيه الإنسان ويتعلق الامر بالمدينة الإسلامية عموما و المغربية خصوصا باعتبارها نموذجا لدراستنا هذه ، لقد نظم الدين مجال المدينة بكل تفاصيلها وحيثياتها، فاصبح المجال مرأة المجتمع والمجسد الفطري لمبادئ الدين على ارض الواقع ومع تراكم الخبرات اصبحت هذه التوجيهات الفقهية التي تخدم المدينة بين يدي كل مخطط معماري عليه ان يراعيها في كل مراحل التخطيط و التنفيذ وما تلى ذلك من مدن إسلامية لازالت تثير اعجاب ودهشة زوارها.
