Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Intention: A Conceptual Modeling Essay
Résumé
In the current context characterized by a mediocre health, economic and social situation; countries need to choose pathways to support activities and encourage entrepreneurship.
In this perspective that the authors seek to answer the following question: How entrepreneurship education can impact the act of entrepreneurship by strengthening entrepreneurial self-efficacy, under the moderating effect of the passion and expectations of entrepreneurial results?
The goal of this article is to use the literature review on entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, in order to build a conceptual model.
The main result of our research is that, under the mediating effect of self-efficacy, entrepreneurship training positively affects entrepreneurial intention. Which will allow us to conclude the importance of offering entrepreneurship programs; which is mainly based on aspects that develop the mindset of the potential entrepreneur Rather than lectures course.
