Recent developments in the automobile industry in Morocco as part of the 2014-2020 industrial acceleration plan

Résumé

The present article investigates the recent development of the Moroccan automobile industry as part of a speeded-up strategy adopted by the Moroccan government. Being developed into an industrial system and having created a new dynamic with exceptional performance, the Moroccan automotive industry has successfully become a leading sector, for it pushes this industry forward as part of an Industrial Acceleration Plan (IAP) of 2014-2020.

The objective of this study is to present a global vision of the achievements of this industry and to answer various related questions by carrying out a fieldwork surveying a fairly representative sample, which allows to identify some results concerning the relevant organization network in general and car manufacturers in particular in Morocco.

 By means of a descriptive analysis and a projection modality, results about the automotive industry in the new industrial strategy 2014-2020 are presented.
